Exploring North
Program Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
Check-in aboard the vessel, cabin allocation, welcome drink, and a general safety briefing introducing the dive team and itinerary.
Day 2: Shoab El Erg, Dunraven & Mahmoudat Night Dive
Morning dive at the dolphin-frequented Shoab El Erg. Explore the historic SS Dunraven wreck. After sunset, enjoy a guided night dive at the Mahmoudat site, known for its vibrant nocturnal marine life.
Day 3: Tiran Island (3 Dives) & Sharm Reef Night Dive
Three dives at Tiran Island, exploring legendary sites such as Jackson, Thomas, and Gordon reefs, famous for coral gardens and large pelagics. At night, dive the colorful Sharm Reef.
Day 4: Ras Mohammed (2 Dives), SS Thistlegorm & Night Dive (SS Thistlegorm)
Two morning dives in the marine reserve of Ras Mohammed, then a visit to the world-renowned wreck of SS Thistlegorm. Experience a thrilling night dive on this iconic WW2 shipwreck.
Day 5: SS Thistlegorm, Gobal Island (2 Dives) & Night Dive (Gobal)
A second dive at SS Thistlegorm followed by two exciting dives at Gobal Island. Discover unique wrecks and reef formations, then a night dive with the mysterious creatures of Gobal.
Day 6: Rosalie Moller, Abu Nuhas & Abu Nuhas Night Dive
Dive the famous Rosalie Moller wreck, teeming with marine life. Continue to Abu Nuhas to explore multiple shipwrecks and enjoy a night dive around the reefs and remnants.
Day 7: Abu Nuhas & Um Gamar
Final dives at Abu Nuhas, revisiting shipwrecks or reefs as per group preference, then a last morning dive at the steep walls of Um Gamar, rich in vibrant corals and fish schools.
Day 8: Departure
Breakfast is served on board, followed by check-out and transfers as scheduled.

National Parks
Ras Muhammad National Park (Arabic: رأس محمد) is one of Egypt’s most breathtaking natural treasures, located at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula. Just 12 km from Sharm El Sheikh, the park lies between the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba, making it a true meeting point of land and sea. Today, it stands as a world-class destination for diving, snorkeling, and eco-tourism in the Red Sea.
National Parks
The SS Thistlegorm is more than just a shipwreck – it’s a living museum resting beneath the waves of the Red Sea. Built in 1940 by J.L. Thompson and Sons in Sunderland, England, this 415-foot British merchant vessel was originally designed to support the Allied war effort during World War II. Equipped with a triple-expansion steam engine and reinforced with defensive weapons, the Thistlegorm was prepared for both transport and protection.
Islands
Tiran Island (Arabic: جزيرة تيران Jazīrat Tīrān) is a scenic and historically significant island located at the entrance of the Strait of Tiran, where the Red Sea meets the Gulf of Aqaba. Covering around 80 square kilometers, the island lies between Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula and Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. Today, Tiran officially belongs to Saudi Arabia, although it was under Egyptian administration until 2017, when sovereignty was formally transferred following a parliamentary agreement in Egypt and approval by President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
